Monday     

12:00    Vinyasa Yoga for Strength and Tone - Slow-flowing, strengthening yoga in the tradition of Krishnamacharya.   All levels welcome.                 

 6:15     Breath-Centered Slow Vinyasa - Slow breath-centered yoga in the tradition of Desikachar. Beginners welcome!

 
Tuesday                     

9:00    Free Community Class at Christ Presbyterian Church, 2717 Bannerman Rd.

12:00  Yoga for Back and Core – Perfect for students with low back pain or who need core strength.  All levels. 

6:15  Candlelight Yoga with Fatimah Zaid – Unwind and relax for 1 hour and 15 minutes with gentle yoga by candlelight.

 

Wednesday               

9:00     Morning Cup of Yoga – Start your day with a morning practice – including asana, pranayama and meditation – by reservation only! 

12:00   Vinyasa Yoga for Strength and Tone - Slow-flowing, strengthening yoga in the tradition of Krishnamacharya, all levels.                                                     

6:15    The Core of Yoga – Core strengthening, slow-flow yoga, yoga experience recommended.  

 

Thursday                 

12:00    Yoga FundamentalsLearn yoga in a supportive atmosphere. Beginners encouraged to attend!    

6:15    Yoga for Flexibity and Ease with Melanie Jean KnappA deep, breath focused flow practice interwoven with opportunities to pause, adjust and reflect. Experience recommended. Limit 14: Contact Melanie at 850-339-8830 to reserve your space.
