12:00    Vinyasa Yoga for Strength and Tone with Catherine Deans - Slow-flowing, strengthening yoga in the tradition of Krishnamacharya.   All levels welcome.                 

 6:15pm     Yoga Fundamentals with Catherine Deans - Learn slow breath-centered yoga in a supportive atmosphere. Beginners are encouraged to attend!

Tuesday        

12:00  Yoga for Back and Core with Catherine Deans - Perfect for students with low back pain or who need core strength.  All levels.

6:15pm  Yoga for Stretching and Flexibility with Paige Gill - Low and slow, Yin-style yoga with a focus on gently improving flexibility and releasing tension and tightness from joints and muscles - all levels.

Wednesday

12:00   Vinyasa Yoga for Strength and Tone with Catherine Deans - Slow-flowing, strengthening yoga in the tradition of Krishnamacharya, all levels.                                                     

6:15pm  The Core of Yoga with Catherine Deans - Core strengthening, slow-flow yoga, yoga experience recommended.  Some yoga experience preferred.

Thursday                 

12:00    Yoga Fundamentals with Catherine Deans - Learn yoga in a supportive atmosphere. Beginners encouraged to attend!

6:15pm  Yoga for Stretching and Flexibility with Paige Gill - Low and slow, Yin-style yoga with a focus on gently improving flexibility and releasing tension and tightness from joints and muscles.
