Monday

12:00    Vinyasa Yoga for Strength and Tone - Slow-flowing, strengthening yoga in the tradition of Krishnamacharya.   All levels welcome.                 

 6:15pm     Yoga Fundamentals - Learn slow breath-centered yoga in a supportive atmosphere. Beginners are encouraged to attend!

Tuesday         

5:45am Love Your Yoga Body with Melanie Knapp - An early morning practice to get your day started right and to give you the support you need from someone who has "been there" learning to love her body type.  All levels welcome.

7:15am Love Your Yoga Body with Melanie Knapp

12:00  Yoga for Back and Core - Perfect for students with low back pain or who need core strength.  All levels.

6:15pm  (New class upcoming!  Stay in touch!)

Wednesday

12:00   Vinyasa Yoga for Strength and Tone - Slow-flowing, strengthening yoga in the tradition of Krishnamacharya, all levels.                                                     

6:15pm  The Core of Yoga - Core strengthening, slow-flow yoga, yoga experience recommended.  Some yoga experience preferred.

Thursday                 

12:00    Yoga Fundamentals - Learn yoga in a supportive atmosphere. Beginners encouraged to attend!

5:30pm Yoga for Equestrians with Paige Gill - Join seasoned equestrienne, Paige Gill, for stretching and strengthening specifically designed for the needs of horseback riders.

7:00pm Love Your Yoga Body - a relaxing, soothing evening class to ease out of your workweek and give you the support you need from someone who has "been there" learning to love her body type.

Friday                      

12:00     Yoga for Relaxation and Ease with Paige Gill - End your week with yoga designed to help you shed your stresses!
